Privacy You Can Verify

779m does not treat privacy as fine print. These are the pillars of our data policy.

Full LGPD Compliance

779m operates in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018). Every piece of data collected has a defined legal basis — contract, legal obligation, or consent — and is processed exclusively for the purposes described in this policy.

256-Bit SSL Encryption

All your transactions, usage sessions, and data transfers at 779m are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Brazil's leading banks. Your financial and personal data never travels across the network in plain text.

You Control Your Data

The LGPD gives you concrete rights over your data: access, correction, deletion, portability, and revocation of consent. At 779m, these rights can be exercised simply by emailing contato@779m.net — no red tape, no excessive wait times.

No Data Sold to Third Parties

779m does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared with partners only when strictly necessary to deliver the service, and always with contractual protections equivalent to our own.

Minimum and Necessary Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose of collection or to meet legal obligations. Financial transaction data is kept for the period required by Brazilian law. Marketing data is deleted immediately upon revocation of consent.

Incident Notification

In the event of a security incident that may cause risk or harm to you, 779m will notify the affected data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within the timeframes established by the LGPD — with full transparency and without unnecessary delay.

1Who We Are — Data Controller

A 779m is a digital sports betting and online casino platform serving exclusively the Brazilian market. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018), 779m acts as controller of its users' personal data — meaning it is the party that decides how and for what purposes that data is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users who interact with the platform 779m — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access channel made available by the company. By creating an account or using 779m's services, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy in its current version.

For any questions about how your data is handled, contact our privacy channel at contato@779m.net with the subject line "Privacy Policy".

Sensitive data: 779m does not process sensitive data as defined by the LGPD (racial origin, religious beliefs, health data, biometrics, etc.) except where required by specific legislation or where the user voluntarily provides it in the context of customer support and responsible gambling.

3How We Collect Your Data

Personal data reaches 779m through three main channels:

  • Directly by the user: when completing the registration form, submitting KYC verification documents, making deposits or withdrawals, entering contact details, setting responsible gambling limits, or reaching out to support.
  • Automatically during use: when you browse the platform, place bets, play at the casino, or access the tips section. Technical data such as IP address, device type, and browsing behavior is collected automatically through log systems and first-party cookies.
  • Through authorized third parties: when a payment is processed via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED, the financial institutions involved may provide 779m with transaction confirmations and data required for financial reconciliation. No complete banking credentials (such as passwords or banking tokens) are transmitted to 779m during this process.

A 779m does not purchase third-party data lists for unsolicited contact. No data is collected from external sources without your knowledge and without a defined legal basis.

4How We Use Your Data

The data collected by the 779m are used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Service provision: create and manage your account, process BRL deposits and withdrawals via Pix, boleto, card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or wire transfer, confirm bets, provide casino games, and display your transaction history.
  • Identity verification (KYC): confirm that you are over 18, that your registration details are accurate, and that the account belongs to the person requesting withdrawals — a legal and security requirement.
  • Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering: monitor usage patterns, verify the source of funds, and fulfill reporting obligations with the relevant Brazilian authorities in accordance with Brazil's current anti-money laundering legislation.
  • Responsible gambling: monitor usage patterns that may indicate problematic behavior and trigger safeguard tools as configured by the user or assessed by the platform.
  • Operational communication: send bet confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and essential account-related communications — without which the service cannot be properly provided.
  • Marketing (with consent): send 779m offers, promotions, and updates by email or push notification, only when you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
  • Product improvement: analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the interface, identify technical issues, and develop new features.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: respond to requests from judicial, tax, and regulatory authorities as required under Brazilian law.

5Legal Bases for Processing (LGPD)

A 779m processes your personal data always grounded in one of the legal bases set out by the LGPD. The primary bases used are:

  • Contract performance (art. 7, V): processing activities required to deliver the service you signed up for when creating your account — bet processing, payments, identity verification, and customer support.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7º, II): processing required by law — such as maintaining financial records, anti-money laundering reports, and minimum age verification.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): fraud prevention, platform security, multiple-account detection, and protection of the betting system's integrity — provided this does not override your fundamental rights.
  • Consent (art. 7º, I): marketing communications, notification preferences, and optional profile data collection. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your access to the core service.

Important: revoking marketing consent does not affect access to your account or any feature of 779m. You will continue to receive only essential operational communications — those necessary for the execution of the service agreement.

6Data Sharing with Third Parties

A 779m does not sell or transfer your personal data for third-party commercial purposes. Sharing only occurs in the situations listed below, all of which carry contractual protections equivalent to those in this policy:

  • Payment processors: financial institutions and payment intermediaries (such as card operators, partner banks for wire transfers, and platforms like PicPay and Mercado Pago) receive only the data necessary to process the specific transaction.
  • Identity verification providers (KYC): partners specialized in document verification who process document images to confirm your identity. These partners operate under confidentiality agreements and do not use your data for any other purpose.
  • Casino game providers: slots, live casino, and crash game providers receive anonymous or pseudonymized identifiers to manage game sessions — never your full personal data.
  • Technology infrastructure: server, cloud storage, and cybersecurity providers that host and protect the platform. All operate under strict data processing agreements with LGPD compliance clauses.
  • Legal authorities: when required by court order, administrative request from a competent authority, or a specific legal obligation — such as reports to COAF (Financial Activities Control Council) under Brazilian anti-money laundering law.

We never share personal data with external advertisers, third-party ad networks, or data platforms for advertising targeting purposes without your express and revocable consent.

Third-Party Protection Agreements

Every third party that receives 779m user data signs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with specific LGPD compliance clauses, confidentiality obligations, a prohibition on secondary use, and mandatory breach notification requirements. 779m is responsible for the selection and oversight of these partners.

7Data Storage and Security

The data of users of the 779m are stored on secure servers with the following layers of protection:

  • Encryption in transit: 256-bit SSL/TLS across all communications between your device and 779m's servers — no exceptions for any page or feature.
  • Encryption at rest: sensitive data stored at rest — such as identity documents and financial data — is encrypted on our servers, making it unreadable even in the event of unauthorized physical access to the hardware.
  • Access control: only employees with a verified operational need are granted access to personal data, always with multi-factor authentication and a full audit log of every access.
  • Continuous monitoring: automated intrusion detection and anomaly monitoring systems operate 24 hours a day to identify and block unauthorized access attempts.
  • Backup & recovery: encrypted backups are stored in separate locations to ensure data availability and integrity even in the event of a serious technical failure.

Despite all measures in place, no digital system is 100% immune to risk. In the event of a security incident that may pose a real risk to you, the 779m will notify affected users and the ANPD within the timeframe established by the LGPD, describing the incident, the data involved, and the measures taken.

8Cookies & Tracking Technologies

A 779m uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform running and to enhance your experience. The types of cookies used are:

  • Essential cookies: required for the platform's core functionality — session authentication, bet slip management, and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the service.
  • Performance cookies: collect aggregated and anonymized information about how users navigate the platform — most visited pages, load times, technical errors — for product improvement purposes.
  • Functional cookies: store your preferences — such as language, odds settings, and recent bets — to personalize your experience without requiring you to reconfigure them on every visit.
  • Marketing cookies (with consent): used to personalize communications and, where authorized, for retargeting on partner platforms. These cookies are only activated with your express consent via the cookie banner.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or via the cookie preferences panel available in the platform footer. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of critical areas of 779m.

9Data Retention — How Long We Keep Your Data

A 779m retains your data for the shortest period necessary to fulfill its original purpose, respecting the minimum timeframes required by law:

  • Registration & identity data: retained for as long as the account is active and for 5 years after closure, in accordance with legal obligations regarding financial records and anti-money laundering.
  • Financial transaction history: retained for 5 years after each transaction, as required by Brazilian tax and financial legislation.
  • Betting and game history: retained for 2 years for customer support, dispute resolution, and responsible gambling analysis.
  • KYC verification documents: retained for 5 years after account closure as required by regulatory obligations.
  • Marketing data and preferences: retained for as long as consent remains active. Deleted within 30 days of revocation.
  • Technical and security logs: retained for 12 months for incident investigation and platform security purposes.

Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so it can no longer be linked to you.

10Minors

The platform 779m is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal data to the platform or created an account, please contact us immediately at contato@779m.net.

Once verified, the account will be closed, the data will be deleted, and any associated balance will not be released. The 779m cooperates with legal guardians and authorities to protect minors from any form of access to betting platforms.

Parents and guardians who share devices with minors must ensure that access to the platform of 779m is protected by a password or appropriate parental controls. The platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from negligent parental control of shared devices.

11How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights guaranteed by the LGPD, the data subject registered with 779m must:

  • Send email to contato@779m.net with the subject line "LGPD Rights — [request type]".
  • Identify yourself with your full name and the CPF registered on the account.
  • Clearly describe the right you wish to exercise and, where applicable, the specific data related to your request.

A 779m will respond within 15 business days from the moment the request is received. In more complex cases, this deadline may be extended by an equal period, with prior notice to the data subject.

Deletion requests for data required to fulfill a legal obligation — such as mandatory financial records — cannot be processed immediately; however, the data subject will be informed of the mandatory retention period and the expected deletion date.

If you are unsatisfied with the response from 779m, the data subject may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) through the authority's official website.

12International Data Transfer

In specific circumstances, user data from 779m may be transferred to servers or service providers located outside Brazil — such as cloud infrastructure providers or casino game suppliers headquartered abroad.

When this occurs, the 779m ensures that the transfer is carried out with a level of protection equivalent to that required by the LGPD, through one of the following safeguards:

  • Transfer to a country with an adequate level of protection recognized by the ANPD.
  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD or international equivalent.
  • Binding corporate rules for transfers within corporate groups.
  • Specific guarantees provided by the recipient and verified by 779m.

No international data transfer takes place with partners that do not meet the protection standards above. The list of countries to which data may be transferred is available upon request through 779m's privacy channel.

13Updates to This Privacy Policy

A 779m may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the product, applicable legislation, or data processing practices. The most current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date indicated at the top.

When changes are material to the rights of data subjects, the 779m will notify users at least 15 days via registered email and/or through an in-app or on-site notification. Minor editorial or formatting changes may be made without prior notice, provided they do not alter the substance of the rights and obligations described.

Your continued use of the platform after a new version of this policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account and request data deletion before the new version's effective date.

14Contact, Data Protection Officer (DPO) & Privacy Channel

A 779m has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by the LGPD to oversee compliance with this policy and serve as a communication channel between the company, data subjects, and the ANPD.

To contact the 779m privacy channel:

  • Email: contato@779m.net (subject: "Privacy Policy" or "LGPD Rights")
  • Live chat: available on the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Help center: Frequently Asked Questions

For matters relating to the integrity of data processing, security incidents, or the exercise of LGPD rights that have not been satisfactorily resolved through the channel above, users may contact the DPO directly at the same email address, indicating "Attention DPO" in the subject line.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always the one published on this page. In the event of any conflict between versions, the Brazilian Portuguese text on this page shall prevail.
